Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you, the owner or operator of a Shopify store, and Moose Media LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of the Brillor app for Shopify ("the App"). By installing or using the App you accept them.

1. The App

The App shows what AI services answer to questions about products like yours. AI answers come from third parties we do not control, change over time and may be wrong. We do not promise that your store will be named in any answer or that the App will increase your sales. You decide what to change on your store.

2. Use

You need an active Shopify store and must follow Shopify's terms. Do not misuse the App, for example by getting around its limits, copying or reselling it, or using it to break the law.

3. Plans and billing

The App has a free plan and paid plans. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the App before you choose. Paid plans may start with a free trial. Charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, renew each billing period until you cancel, and are not refunded except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. You cancel by changing your plan or uninstalling the App. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.

4. Data

Your store's data stays yours. We use it to provide and improve the App as described in our privacy policy.

5. Our rights

The App belongs to Moose Media LLC. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your store. We may change or stop features, and may suspend your use if you break these terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will update the date above; for important changes we tell you first. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Moose Media LLC is organized, in the United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country gives you.
